
I've been thinking about the FOOD situation, because I know we like to eat.
Everyone will be in a meal group. I think we'll have five groups of two people, or a different schedule everyday to mix it up. One of the facilitators will be there to help with anything.
Your group will be in charge of setting the table, preparing and cooking the food, as well as serving. A different group will be in charge of washing up.
Breakfast is up to you! Someone will set out the items each day, help yourself and then tidy your own things.
Breakfast:
-Toast (with Jam! Or peanut butter!)
-Cereal (with Milk!)
-Fruit (apples, oranges, bananas)
Lunch:
-Sandwiches/wraps (meat and vegetable)
-Vegetable sticks and dips
-some days we will barbeque
Dinner ideas:
-Grill night! Hamburgers/hotdogs/vegetarian options, grilled veggies
-Pizza or mini pizzas and salad
-Spaghetti night with salad? Molly suggested a more interesting pasta dish.
-Chicken/rice/vegetables (some sort of vegetarian option)
Any more suggestions?
Snacks:
-Fruits, veggies
-Cracker and Cheese or Dips concoctions
-Champagne and Caviar
-etc.
We'll have most groceries on hand. Each of you will be asked to bring something, I will tell you what exactly soon. An example might be 20 apples and 20 oranges and a bottle of juice. Let's try to be as healthy as we can, so we can have an amazing birthday party mid-week and make it count!
